Do you ever feel this way? Like you want to go to something but you're lacking motivation? Well, that hit me today. It is an off day. It was a chore to get up to go to the gym today and I even skipped out a little early. I am proud that I made it to yoga! It always starts my day off right. I had a heart-to-heart with my dad today about lacking motivation and inspiration (I even googled how to get motivated but all I found were how to get motivated to exercise and I already did that.) I accomplished mini-tasks today such as cleaning my room, finding my lost ear plug, coming up with a new program idea for my residents, and coming up with great ideas for my platform! Hey, this day is looking up! I'm off to get some iced green tea before class! :)
